We've been doing a little research into this topic.

Overwhelmingly, business executives and leaders have realised that they are far too busy and better engaged in their core business or skill area. They commonly decide to get a ghostwriter to help them craft their book or story.

If the business person lacks confidence or skill in writing, a ghostwriter ensures their ideas are communicated clearly and professionally.

Hiring a ghostwriter saves significant time, as writing a book is extremely time-consuming and business professionals often have demanding schedules. Outsourcing writing allows business leaders to focus on core business activities rather than spending months or years writing.

Ghostwriters can help overcome writer's block, structure the narrative, and keep the content objective and appealing to a broader audience.

I've found in my own personal experience that the process of being interviewed and getting to share a story in a confidential and comfortable setting is very freeing and enjoyable for the client.

They'll often speak of being happier and relieved that they have finally got their story or book idea captured in words and out of their head.

At the end of a memoir project, I often know more about the individual's life than their friends and family, and it is a joy to hear and see the reaction of those family members when they hear the stories.

With my extensive background in business and marketing, as well as a professional interest in science, music, cooking, photography and the natural environment, I feel at home with a broad range of topics and technical subjects, so this can greatly assist the process for the individual writing a business or technical book.

After writing millions of words of my own in business and self-publishing ten books, it is enjoyable to be helping business professionals and leaders become published authors.

So far, these ghostwriting projects have spanned business books, social purpose books, memoirs, family stories and a whole lot more for clients in Australia, South Africa and the United States of America.

Employing a ghostwriter is a strategic decision for Australian business professionals who want to become published authors without sacrificing their valuable time or compromising on quality and impact.
